PhD Student wins Best Poster Award!
27-02-2009 – Peter Lewis, a PhD funded by EPSRC and BT, has won the Best Poster Award at the Third International School of Design of Collective Intelligence (DECOI-2009), Leiden, The Netherlands, on 23-27 February 2009. Cercia Research associate wins Fellowship Briding Award

Cercia Director takes up Vice Presidency for Publications
05-01-2009 – Prof. Xin Yao, Cercia Director, took up his duty as the Vice President for Publications of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society today. He was elected last year by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society to serve as the VP for Publications in 2009-10. H has just completed his maximum term as the editor-in-chief of IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation (2003-08)
